How far in advance should I book my spot?

This is an incredibly unique and limited shoot experience – there are only 4 spots available each day.
We will only be able to accommodate one person from each area of business to guarantee unique imagery and limit competitiveness within our group.
We want you to meet with like-minded women but we don’t want you to have imagery the same as your next door neighbour.
We’ve got you! We want only the best for you and this experience.

What is the itinerary for the retreat?

Evening Arrival: Arrive after 5pm, welcome drinks at 6pm and dinner at 7.30pm

Shoot Day: Enjoy an early light breakfast supplied by us and then it’s into Makeup & Hair.
Photography through until 2.30pm, creating your profile and lifestyle personal branding images inside and around the property.
There will be a grazing plate and refreshments to help yourself throughout the day as well as a light lunch.

Does it cost less if I don’t stay for the night?

The most amazing thing about this experience is that it’s not going to cost you any more to shoot at this luxury location than what we usually charge for our 50 shot personal branding packages.
In order to maximise our time, it means we need to book overnight stays but sharing the space also means we can foot the bill as well as provide food and refreshment and not have to pass that cost onto you.
We are also mindful that many taking up this opportunity will need to travel a couple of hours to the location so we like to think of this as your opportunity to have a night on us!   Get away from the hustle and bustle of the office and home life and just treat yourself to a relaxing evening and the feel good energy of other wonderfully talented women in business.
Wake up well rested knowing you don’t have your usual hectic morning routine before getting out the door. Just step into this luxury space with breakfast waiting for you and our hair and makeup team ready to fuss over you!

Will my photos look like everyone else’s?

In a word, No!

Everyone’s needs will differ and we want to ensure your images are unique to you.

During our Visual Brand Strategy Session (before shoot day) we will identify the type of images you need to tell your brand story and for your marketing needs. We will also work out your styling and any props or products that you may need to bring with you.
You’ll find this alone will differentiate your images from everyone else’s but the property also has a variety of areas in which to shoot from different angles and to find those special spaces just for you.

If you are both photographing people at the same time, won’t you get in each other’s way?

We have specifically chosen this property because it is a HUGE, light and airy space.
Plus we are high achievers at planning!!
Be rest assured we will each work in different areas of the property at different times.

How much time will I get with my photographer?

You will have oodles of time!

The wonderful thing about this experience is that we are only photographing two ladies each and we have loaded the timeline with ample shooting time so you won’t feel like you are rushed to get the images you need.
When you are getting changed, getting your hair styled differently or your makeup touched up, we will be photographing the other lady.  This will happen multiple times through out the day so you will each get your fair share of photography time.

How do I prepare for this experience?

Before shoot day we will walk you through a Visual Brand Strategy Session.

Firstly we will provide you with a questionnaire and a planning guide which will allow your photographer get to know you and your business and the clients you want to attract.   It will also help you to define your goals for the shoot and the images you need for your marketing activities.

Then during the strategy session we will confirm all this information to ensure we capture you the way you want to show up for your brand.  We also give you guidance on styling, wardrobe selection and any props you may like to bring with you to the shoot.

With all that nitty gritty out of the way, you can just relax and get excited about shoot day!

Which Photographer will I get?

The photographer that conducts your visual brand strategy session will be photographing you on shoot day.
They will also be your point of contact before and after the shoot too.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If Mother Nature threatens to rain on our parade, don’t worry, we have so many options. That’s the truly wonderful thing about this property – there are amazing photography options both inside and out.
No matter what the weather throws our way we can guarantee being able to create amazing imagery for you.
The property boasts beautiful light all day – even if it’s wet and miserable outside.

How long does it take to receive my images?

Full image collections, which have been edited and ready to use (in high and low resolution) are available within 3 weeks of the shoot date.
You will receive a link to an online gallery where you can select your 50 favourite images that are included with your package.
Once we have your selections, we will then get to work cropping and resizing your images so you can also use them on social media straight away.

What can I do with my images?

You will end up with a gallery of beautiful, light – filled portraits and lifestyle shots which reflect you and your brand.
These images are perfect for your website, social media and all of your marketing.
Having a bank of gorgeous, professional images to use everywhere will help you connect with your audience and become more visible.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we will work with you for the best possible outcome.
If you cancel prior to 30 days before the shoot date, you will receive a full refund of money less any cost incurred (if you have already had your visual strategy branding session – we will deduct this from the booking fee).
If you cancel within 30 days of the shoot date, and we are able to rebook another client to take your spot, you will receive a refund less costs incurred.  However, if we can’t rebook your spot, you will lose the booking fee.
Cancellations within 14 days of the shoot date will lose all monies paid unless the spot can be rebooked with another client.
