COMMENTS

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. We have received, read and understand the studios price list, which has been confirmed for our wedding, upon payment of the deposit/ booking fee. We agree that payment of the booking fee and receipt of this form confirms our booking with Hardinge Photography.

2. We agree to commit to the minimum coverage amount of $1695 for BASIC coverage.

3. We agree to pay the full balance at least 7 days prior to the wedding day.

4. We agree to immediately advise Hardinge Photography, in writing, of any alterations in the details of the wedding, including postponement or cancellation of the wedding.

5. In the event of cancellation/postponement/change of date (unrelated to covid) we agree that the booking fee/deposit will be forfeited in full.

6. COVID 19 - any weddings affected by covid 19 can be assured that there are no new fees when moving your wedding to a mutually agreed date. All fees paid, including your deposit, will be transferred across to your new date. All of your coverage pricing and inclusions that you locked in upon booking will stay exactly the same.
   In the event of total cancellation all monies paid are refunded with the exception of the non refundable booking fee/deposit.

7. We agree that the copyright of all photographs is owned by Hardinge Photography. We agree that Hardinge Photography may reproduce or publish images for future advertising, studio and website display.

8. We understand that these photographs may not be redistributed or reproduced for commercial usage unless written approval has been granted by the studio. Any commercial usage must be credited to the studio.

9. We understand that our album order must be placed within 3 months of the wedding date, otherwise prices current at the time of ordering will apply. Prices of our photography coverage are guaranteed from the time of booking until 3months after the wedding date.

10. If the reception is being covered we understand a meal MUST be provided for the photographer.

11. It is agreed that the liability of the studio shall be limited to a refund of any money paid under this agreement.
